COEUR D’ALENE, ID – September 04, 2026 – PRESSADVANTAGE –
Connected Family Chiropractic announced that the practice will begin accepting new patients on Monday, September 14, 2026. The opening marks the launch of the clinic’s new-patient schedule in Coeur d’Alene, where Dr. Michael Liscombe, DC, and Dr. Lauren Tuite, DC, provide chiropractic care for pregnant patients, children, athletes, and adults.
The announcement follows the doctors’ return to the United States after several years of practicing together in the Netherlands. During their time abroad, the doctors worked with families and individuals across different stages of life. They have since established Connected Family Chiropractic in Coeur d’Alene with a practice model centered on individualized evaluations, patient education, and chiropractic care based on each patient’s history and clinical presentation.

Beginning September 14, new patients will be able to schedule an initial examination with the practice. During the opening period, the clinic is offering the new-patient exam at an introductory rate of $49.99. The initial appointment includes a consultation, clinical assessments, spinal and neurological examination procedures, and additional diagnostic tools when considered appropriate by the treating chiropractor.
The practice also uses INSIGHT scanning technology as part of its evaluation process. These noninvasive scans provide information that practitioners may consider alongside patient history and physical examination findings. The scans are not intended to independently diagnose medical conditions and are used as one component of the clinic’s broader assessment process.
Following the initial evaluation, patients receive an explanation of the findings and may discuss whether chiropractic care is appropriate for their individual circumstances. Recommendations are based on the information collected during the examination and may include chiropractic adjustments or referrals when another type of healthcare evaluation is needed.
“Opening our new-patient schedule gives us the opportunity to welcome families through a structured and thorough intake process,” said Dr. Lauren Tuite, DC. “We want patients to understand what happens during their first visit, ask questions, and have a clear discussion about the findings before deciding on the next steps.”
Dr. Tuite earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University in Dallas after completing kinesiology studies at the University of Arkansas. She has completed additional training related to prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is certified in the Webster Technique.
The Webster Technique is a chiropractic analysis and adjustment approach commonly used by chiropractors who work with pregnant patients. As with other chiropractic techniques, its use and suitability depend on the patient’s individual circumstances and clinical evaluation. Dr. Tuite incorporates her training into a practice that serves patients during pregnancy as well as children and adults.
Dr. Michael Liscombe, DC, also earned his doctorate from Parker University. Before entering chiropractic school, he studied kinesiology at Furman University, where he played Division I lacrosse, and continued his education at the University of Calgary. His academic and athletic background contributes to his interest in working with active adults, athletes, children involved in sports, and other patients seeking chiropractic care.
“Our goal during the first visit is to listen carefully, complete an appropriate evaluation, and explain what we observe,” Dr. Liscombe said. “Patients should understand the process and have the opportunity to discuss their questions before recommendations are made.”
Connected Family Chiropractic uses low-force chiropractic techniques as part of its clinical approach. Technique selection and care recommendations vary based on factors such as age, health history, physical examination findings, patient comfort, and the chiropractor’s professional judgment. The practice serves patients across different age groups and adapts appointments to the needs of the individual.
The doctors said their years practicing in the Netherlands influenced how they approach family chiropractic care. Working with patients from different backgrounds reinforced their interest in building long-term relationships with families rather than limiting the practice to isolated appointments. That experience now informs the structure of their new practice in North Idaho.
The September opening represents the beginning of Connected Family Chiropractic’s new-patient operations in Coeur d’Alene. Patients scheduling an initial appointment can expect a consultation and examination process intended to provide information about their individual presentation and help guide a discussion about available care options.
Connected Family Chiropractic is operated by Dr. Michael Liscombe, DC, and Dr. Lauren Tuite, DC, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. The practice provides chiropractic services for pregnant patients, children, athletes, and adults. Its approach includes patient consultation, clinical assessment, INSIGHT scanning as an adjunctive evaluation tool, and low-force chiropractic techniques when appropriate. Dr. Tuite brings additional training in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care, while Dr. Liscombe’s background in kinesiology and athletics informs his work with active patients. Together, the doctors bring experience from their years practicing internationally to their new family-focused practice in North Idaho.
